Damaged order immediately replaced.

I ordered a metal print for an anniversary gift and it came with a small dent in it.
I reached out and the response was very positive. I was immediately offered a replacement and am looking forward to getting my perfect gift.
Thanks for your help. I’ve already ordered a book and two more metal prints. :)

JUST HORRIBLE! TOOK A MONTH TO GET 2 OUT OF 3 OF MY CANVAS ORDERS. WHEN THEY CAME, THEY LOOKED HORRIBLE. PICTURES WERE FALLING OF THE FRAMES. COLOR WAS FADED AND SOMEHOW, MY BLACK PICTURES WERE GREEN! AND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYTHING FROM THEM ANYMORE!

how can I get a refund for my groupon? i'm very unsatisfied with your web sight and customer service and all the negative reviews confirm.

A:

I went through Groupon as well, when I'd made my purchase. After all the horrible stuff I went through with this company, Groupon basically told me it was my problem and that because I'd used the voucher, I could not get it refunded. This was even though I'd had all the problems with the company that were still unresolved. I do notice though, that even when I'd informed Groupon about PrinterPix and all the negative reviews, they still continued to offer vouchers for that company. I guess the money in their pocket is worth more than making sure their customers are taken care of.
